El Brutus: Galician food and natural wine

El Brutus is a new restaurant in Eiriks gate that serves Galician food and natural wine.
Head chef Estela Alonso is from Galicia, and she is inspired by the region's long and diverse food culture. Seafood is an important part of Galician cuisine, and Estela has a particular fondness for percebes, a small shellfish that is time-consuming to gather.

El Brutus has a down-to-earth approach, and they serve a tasting menu in addition to à la carte.

Our menu varies depending on which ingriediens we have access to from our wonderful suppliers. Whether you want to choose yourself from our Á la carte menu or you want us to serve one of our set menus. The dishes are served as sharing dishes to create a social and inclusive meal.
